BEACH RULES

Beach Access - All Boca Towers residents and guests may use our private gated access to the Ocean. This entrance is always locked. Your common area key will open the gate.​
Caution - Please be VERY careful as you cross A1A! Although our crosswalk is clearly marked, drivers may neglect to stop. Always remember to take the hand of each little one!
​You may swim at your risk. No lifeguard is provided. Please keep a close eye on your children!  Our beach is cleaned and leveled on a regular basis.
Beach chairs and lounges are available for use. These chairs and lounges may not be reserved and must be returned to the berm after use. You are encouraged to bring your own chairs. You may rent a beach locker. These lockers are located in the lower garage storage areas.
Maintenance provides a trash receptacle. Please leave your trash in this can.  A shower is provided. There is also a shower adjacent to the garage entrance.
